Over 40 % of the global population is not taught in a language they speak or fully understand, and over 75 % of secondary school-age refugees are out of school. Toolkit iSkills has launched an OTAD portal to provide youth with low literacy levels a simulation of practical skills through videos of the real-life situation which enhances the development of transferable and practical skills.
